Mark your calendars for you to register your student to receive a new Backpack filled with school supplies to begin their school year with confidence and eagerness to learn!

StreetWise Georgia will provide a new backpack filled with school supplies for over 400 students. Plus, we’ll have our Cedars Closet clothing market open and available for our clients to shop for back-to-school clothing for FREE while supplies last.

Our Backpack Event Appointment times will be every 30 minutes on:

Monday, July 18th from 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM

Tuesday, July 19th from 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM

Thursday, July 21st from 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM

*YOU MUST REGISTER AND SUBMIT ALL INFORMATION ASKED FOR ON THIS REGISTRATION FORM TO RECEIVE YOUR FREE TICKET.* You MUST register each Student individually. We ask that all registered students be present at this event.

**You will need to register each student individually that lives in your household. All registered students with their family member MUST register for an appointment time to receive a backpack or shop for clothing. Appointment times will be every 30 minutes. Online Registration is 1 (one) FREE ticket per student. If you are registering for more than one student, you will need to REGISTER Each Student Separately. Multiple students on one registration form may result in a cancellation.

How do I know that I have completed the registration? You WILL RECEIVE a confirmation email with a bar code. You will also receive email reminders about the upcoming event. Contact us if you feel your registration was not completed, and we will assist you. Bring ALL Student Event Confirmation ticket(s) and registered Guest I.D. with you. Having them on your phone to display to the Check-In Volunteer is acceptable. If you do not speak English, please bring an interpreter with you to help with the check in process.

Register early as time slot spaces are limited. **You MUST register each student individually, this helps us ensure each registered student receives a backpack.

For example, If I need to register more than one student: Pick your day, and then the time. On the form enter the first student, click submit, and you will receive a confirmation ticket. Go back in and register the next student and receive a confirmation ticket. Appointment times will be every 30 minutes, last appointment is at 4:30 PM. If you register one of your students at a time slot, and you need to register another student but the time slot is now filled, select the next time. 

Click on the school icons to select your appointment day and time. 

Important:***By Registering for this Event, you understand and acknowledge that missing your appointment, you will be considered a “No Show.” All No Shows CAN NOT Book for two (2) upcoming StreetWise Events.

If you cannot attend your event appointment, you must email or call BEFORE the event to be eligible for future participation. Email us at clientinfo@streetwisegeorgia.org or call 678-985-9915 and provide your name, email, and contact phone number.***

StreetWise will not be distributing food at this event.
