Volunteers are the heartbeat of StreetWise, a critical component in all that we do. To show just how important they are, we formally dub all of our volunteers “Ambassadors.”
“Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, God making his appeal through us. We implore you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God.”
We cannot reach families without willing hearts and hands. It takes everyone understanding not only the challenges of the community, but also how to respond individually.
By providing both physical and spiritual sustenance, those who serve here take an all-bases-covered approach to sharing the heart of God with each of our Clients. From Prayer to Client Advisor to Food Distribution and Driving our 26′ Truck, StreetWise Ambassadors are active and engaged in every effort to bless our community — and the blessings run both ways!
